1. Nature of Services

Pahadi Sewa is a DIGITAL SERVICE PLATFORM that provides application assistance services. We help citizens of Uttarakhand submit applications for government certificates through Common Service Centers (CSC). Our services are entirely digital in nature — we do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical products.

We are NOT:

• A government body or department
• Part of CSC e-Governance Services India Limited
• Affiliated with or endorsed by any government authority

We operate as an independent, private digital intermediary service provider.

2. Eligibility

By using Pahadi Sewa, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you are under 18, you may use the services only with parental or guardian consent.

3. Authority Disclosure

All certificates are issued only by the respective government authorities. Pahadi Sewa does not guarantee the issuance of a certificate, as it depends on the validity of your documents, government verification, and departmental approval processes.

4. Service Completion Disclaimer

Our responsibility is limited to assisting you in preparing and submitting your application through the appropriate CSC digital channels. Once the application is submitted, the processing, verification, and approval are entirely handled by the respective government department. Pahadi Sewa has no control over government processing timelines or decisions.

5. Processing Timeline

Expected Duration: 7–15 working days (varies by service and government department)

This timeline is indicative and depends entirely on:

• Government department verification speed
• Document validity and completeness
• Government server availability

Pahadi Sewa is not responsible for delays caused by government server issues, departmental procedures, or document verification processes.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide 100% correct and authentic information.
• Any misuse or submission of fake/forged documents will lead to immediate rejection and may result in legal action by the authorities.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded documents are legible and valid.

7. Payments

Payments for services are accepted only through the Pahadi Sewa Android application via PhonePe payment gateway. This website does not collect or process any payments. All payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and application, including logos, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Pahadi Sewa (Proprietor: Manoj Bhatt) and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pahadi Sewa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to rejection of applications, delays in government processing, or data loss due to technical issues.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand, India.

11. Changes to Terms

Pahadi Sewa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
