Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your request for assistance at any time before our team has initiated the work on your application. If cancelled before work initiation, a full refund of the service fee will be issued.

Service Assistance Fee (Non-Refundable): Once the work has been initiated (e.g., application review, data entry, or submission), the service assistance fee is non-refundable.

Government Fees: Any government fee paid on your behalf is non-refundable if the application has been submitted to the portal.

Failed Transactions: If a payment is deducted but the order is not created or service is not rendered due to technical failure, the amount will be automatically refunded to the source account within 5-7 working days.

Rejection Disclaimer: Rejection of an application by a Government Official is NOT grounds for a refund of the service assistance fee, as the service (preparation and submission) has been delivered.
